Madrid hoteliers denounce Booking to the CNMC for “abusive” practices

La Madrid Hotel Business Association (AEHM), through its legal advisors at Tourism & Law Abogados, has filed an administrative complaint against Booking.com with the National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC) to request that OTA practices be investigated as “abusive and contrary to competition law”.
