Founding partner and CEO of Tourism & Law. He holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid, a degree in Tourism Business Management from the Polytechnic University and a diploma in Tourism Law and Travel Agency Quality, among other postgraduate studies. In 1988, he joined Juliá, managing the legal department until 2003, when, as a qualified broker, he joined InterMundial Seguros as director of the Professional Risks Area. He currently holds the position of vice-president of the Atlsantiago Group, with a presence in 7 countries, made up of different companies (Tourism & Law, InterMundial, Mana, Servisegur,...) that offer insurance, legal and customer service solutions and services to travelers and tourism companies.

He is committed to continuous training, his own and that of his teams, having specialized in Tourism and Insurance Law. Although his management functions have forced him to reduce his activity in procedural practice, he continues to actively participate as moderator and speaker of seminars, round tables and courses related to the tourism sector, as well as expert opinion in various specialized media.

Graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. Specialist in Labor Law, Consumer Law and Tourism Law, responsible for the Labor Area of Tourism & Law Lawyers. His training is complemented by a Master's Degree in Private Real Estate from the School of Legal Practice belonging to the Complutense University of Madrid.

Law degree from the University of Granada. He prepared competitions for access to the Judicial and Fiscal career between 2003 and 2005. In 2005, he studied the Master's Degree in European Union Law organized by the Complutense University of Madrid. Between 2006 and 2008, he participated in the doctoral course “Current Problems of Administrative Law” taught by the Department of Administrative Law of the Complutense University of Madrid and focused on the topic “Administrative Intervention in the Tourism Sector”. Registered Attorney at the ICAM.

Fernando has a law degree from the University of Alcalá de Henares and has been working as a lawyer in the tourism sector for more than twenty-five years as an integral advisor to tourism companies. He has collaborated with the University of Lleida and the Next International Business School as a teaching professor in the Master's program in Tourism Intelligence for five years and specializes in procedural law in all areas and areas of national and international Courts and Tribunals involving civil and labor liability in Travel Agencies, hotels and airlines, as well as in the review and negotiation of all types of contracts and agreements.

Graduated in law from the Complutense University of Madrid. Legal professional with more than 13 years of experience in the tourism sector advising companies on regulatory regulations for tourism activities, as well as in the consumer, civil and commercial areas and specializing in regulatory compliance in the field of data protection and information society services and electronic commerce.

She has a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the International University of Catalonia. Member of the Madrid Bar Association. He has been part of the Interglobal Group since June 2014, a specialist in Consumer Law who has been working in the tourism sector for more than five years.

Graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid. He completed his academic training with the Executive Compliance Officer Program, together with the Master's Degree in Access to Law, eventually joining the Madrid Bar Association as a practitioner. She is currently responsible for the Firm's Commercial and Corporate Law Area and specializes in Intellectual Property Law.

Graduated from the Autonomous University of Madrid, in 2010 she studied the Master's Degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property under Mr. Rodrigo Bercovitz Rodríguez-Cano organized by the Autonomous University of Madrid. He prepared competitions for judicial management and processing in 2018 and 2019. She has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2009. Eight years of experience in the music industry and more than five years of practicing lawyer, specialized in consumer law, civil law, tourism, mortgage and LOPD.
