To this end, the following points are recorded regarding the person responsible for the processing of the personal data that are provided to the professional law firm for the development and provision of the services that are contracted to it, as well as to respond to requests, queries and information that are made through this website.

This privacy policy provides information on the use that the Company will make of the personal data of the users of the website.

3. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT AND LEGITIMACY

Tourism & Law will process the personal data provided by users in order to achieve the following objectives:

  • Manage queries raised through the contact form. This treatment is legitimate in the legitimate interest of the Company to meet information requirements through the Web.
  • Management of the personnel selection process for the Company and the relationship with future candidates. This treatment is legitimate in the consent granted by future candidates for inclusion in the Company's database.
  • Manage the subscription in the Customer Area on the registration form. This treatment is legitimate in the contractual relationship for the provision of the contracted service.
4. DATA RETENTION

Tourism&Law will keep personal data for the period necessary to carry out the purposes of the processing, to comply with legal obligations and specifically:

  • For the management of the selection processes carried out in the Company, the data provided by the candidates will be processed for three years from the date of submission of the application. Once this deadline has elapsed, the blocking obligation imposed by the legislation may apply.
  • When a query is made through the website, we will process the data for the time necessary to manage and resolve the query.
5. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Tourism&Law will not communicate the data collected to third parties, unless legally required.

6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Any interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence, or not, of a processing of their personal data.

They can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition to the processing of personal data.
