Are you proactive responsible?

Before you know if you're a proactive manager, what does proactivity mean when it comes to data protection? It is a principle that requires a conscious, diligent and proactive attitude on the part of entrepreneurs, in relation to all the processing of personal data they carry out. The RGPD describes this principle as the need for the entrepreneur to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, in order to guarantee and be able to demonstrate that the processing is in compliance with the standard. In order to demonstrate such compliance, organizations must analyze what data deal with, with what Purposes do it and what type of treatment operations carried out. From here on, they must apply the measures established by the RGPD, and they must ENSURE which measures are appropriate to comply with and how they can DEMONSTRATE THIS to the interested parties and to the supervisory authorities.
