Tourism & Law analyzes in a new Law & Talks the regulatory framework of traveler registration

Tourism & Law has confirmed that the first sanctioning processes have begun to arrive at companies that have failed, according to the Ministry of the Interior, Royal Decree 933/2021 on the Registration of Travelers, which concerns providers of accommodation services, rent a car and travel agencies.

Although the firm cannot confirm what type of companies or what type of sanctions they have started to prosecute, they confirm that they are beginning to reach interested parties, while the firm is studying how to proceed.
