Tourism & Law analyzes the regulatory framework for traveler registration in a new Law & Talks

Tourism & Law has confirmed that the first disciplinary proceedings have begun against companies that, according to the Ministry of the Interior, have failed to comply with Royal Decree 933/2021 on the Registration of Travelers, which concerns providers of accommodation services, car rental companies, and travel agencies.

Although the firm cannot confirm what type of companies or what type of sanctions have been initiated, they confirm that the sanctions are beginning to reach the parties concerned, while the firm studies how to proceed.
